Looks like a project being planned by Mary One-Roz

"Phase 0ne" Delmar & Academy

phases 2 & 3 Sarah & MLK

This is a design currently approved by SLDC for one of three key sites in North St. Louis City. Project includes structured parking, condominiums over street-level retail, and townhouses.

That's not Delmar, the ariel says Dr. MLK Blvd

Actually its better that Mary One is taking new risks north of Delmar other than the single family homes in St. Louis Place. She really is doing a great job at testing the market.

Good to see the Northside getting some of these types of proposals.

Looks like Mary One-Roz knows the value of urban development. I think these renderings show real potential, and I really like the design of what's shown. I also like that they're at least three stories rather than two, thus more density. Mary One, if you visit this site, you've got a fan!!

Those look pretty good. Modest in scope, so more likely to succeed.

The development is tentatively named "The Crossings at the Estates of Mary One and Roz's Urban Village Townhomes Plaza." :)

No way! Are you serious? I'm okay with branding, but that is ridiculous.

He was making a joke in light of the name for one of her other projects.

The first one is only one block away from Kingshighway on Delmar.

Counting the Roberts development supposedly happening at Kingshighway and Delmar, the Roberts Commons bounded by Delmar, Euclid, Walton, and Washington/Olive, there is a strong chance that the CWE and the Loop will connect in at most 10 years like many of us predicted in another thread.

With the new hotel, the new Loop Center, the trolley, and Wabash station renovated, it's probably only two or three years before the Loop reaches DeBalivierre. Assuming these projects break ground in the next year, the Kingshighway end will be up and running around the same time. Between DeBalivierre and Union is pretty much intact and will be easily renovated. All that leaves is a few missing teeth along Delmar which will probably be filled fairly quickly. I think the metro bus station is by far the biggest obstacle to the street.

I like the design of the Delmar one. The green glass and the more modern design is what will make this part of Delmar set itself apart. I just wish it was a story taller.
