East-West Gateway pesentation last Monday to discuss and solicit feedback concerning a proposed Union Station / Civic Center TOD district.

They're asking for feedback about this area. Some of the questions:
Do we need more parking or less?
What should a reworked 20th St. interchange look like? A grand entrance boulevard for Downtown, a normal street grid, the status quo, total elimination?

Should Clark and Spruce Steets become the center of a residential district? Should the 20th Street corridor be reserved for big box retailers like Target or (ahem) Ikea?

Or should Clark be mainly bars, clubs and restaurants, with residential in the 20th Street corridor?

Or should the 20th Street corridor be all office?

Should the Gateway Mall be extended two more blocks west?
