The average pay at a fintech start-up was $112,260 per year as of Sept. 8, according to ziprecruiter.com.
"It would be interesting to see part of the curriculum focus on the different verticals of fintech," said Cory Bricker, a vice president and general manager of CassPay, part of Des Peres-based Cass Information Systems. It holds the distinction of being both a 115-year-old bank and a fintech. "That includes fintechs that focus on payments, lending and compliance/regulations."
