The Delmar building has been torn down, to make way for a small hotel. This is the Harvard building, which will be renovated. Pictures taken from the Library parking lot and Kingsland.
The Last Delmar Harvard Kindergarten class have just become Juniors.
I haven't heard a peep about this in quite a while, but a recent blurb in U City's resident update indicates that it's still in the works.
There's a construction fence up now around the site. I guess it's happening.
I still haven't heard anything official or seen a recent rendering, but neighbors are saying the hotel will be on the cleared area, and the old school building will be renovated for a tech incubator.
This will be another big addition to the western end of The Loop.
