^ yeah, kind of what I was thinking.... helping secure city support for a Scottrade revamp by introducing a community-involved project.... Wild plans on having lots of public skate up there.

St. Louis Business Journal reports that Top Golf is looking for a 2nd location in St. Louis City.  It says "...several commercial real estate sources said the company has shown interest in Midtown, particularly around Compton and Chouteau avenues, and has considered land north of Chouteau that's occupied by Saint Louis University athletic fields and a pallet company, according to real estate sources."

The eastern end of the Chesterfield Outlets, which is next to Top Golf, is being demo’d today to make way for the new entertainment district.
