Did Hood's have some close-outs on various windows?

^Heh! It's going to be a nightmare to replace those in fifty years, isn't it? Or to buy window treatments for them next week.

Here's that Tiffany infill home on Blaine.... it's part container house and won't be what is shown above.  But I'm not sure at this early point how the front will look; hopefully its not a reflection of final window proportions, etc..

That looks useful in case of nuclear attack.

^ it's rehabbing existing affordable housing that was awarded LIHTC about 20 years ago.... it's great to see it get another award to keep them affordable but we really need new LIHTC units awarded for families in our stronger neighborhoods.

One more good case on how/why some of the Rams settlement funds go to workforce housing? How you could leverage Rams funds more private investment on tax paying lots, investment that drives future tax revenues?

I really do think housing and city infrastructure (streets, sidewalks, trees!! and removing a certain section of raised freeway near the dome itself) is good use of such funds... Actually, I have three buckets - funds to leverage housing development, city street infrastructure and a bucket for ensuring convention space build out is completed/dome improvements.   Ok, will get off soap box and try not to veer the thread sideways.

^And if you can build the missing workforce housing "for sale" it probably pays for itself over 20-30 years with property, earnings, sales, etc. taxes
