Generally, the Key seems to be doing fine. I see the event videos they post for their concerts on Insta and they get big crowds for most it seems. As far as music goes, not yet but most of the acts there are not really my cup of tea.
Good lord how much a road diet for Olive would do for the entire area. It's laughable how under utilized and over-engineered for the worst-case scenarios it is.
