Generally, the Key seems to be doing fine. I see the event videos they post for their concerts on Insta and they get big crowds for most it seems. Good lord how much a road diet for Olive would do for the entire area. It's laughable how under utilized and over-engineered for the worst-case scenarios it is.

Yeah, I went to an art opening down there a few weeks ago. There were several other events happening simultaneously (including the circus), and the whole street was buzzing.
