I wonder if their insurance covers such self-inflicted damage?

this building is in the process of getting steel I-Beams throughout the entire structure. It should be ready to be occupied within months. What kind of retail/office user would be good here? I saw that is has a little under 5,000 sf of retail space and 20,000 sf of office space above.

This is a neat building with something that relatively few Washington Avenue structures that are coming on line now have: a way around a corner. With Red Moon right there, the 15th Street of the building is an interesting opportunity to catch some upscale eyes.

that rooftop with the skylight could offer some pretty cool, creative office space.

Perhaps part of a new trend in having insurance pay for the installation of an atrium.

Looking down from my roof, it looks like the Monkey Building is again whole. Judging from the amount of cable and steel I've seen go through the door, the old building is now in much better shape than it's been in decades.

They've put up wood barriers all around the building in the past few days. Looks like work is starting, per the business journal article that is linked elsewhere on this board. Commercial and Retail, any ideas...

Most of you probably already know, but the monkeys are back up. Skyhouse has moved their sales office into this building. The new storefronts really look good.

They have put up a large neon sign on this building. Have not seen it lit up yet. :D

I'm glad somebody's moved into this building.

The sign is pretty nice, the "wind" moves up the sign and turns the windmill... I love all the neon looking down Wash Ave.
