I think it's the Vanguard Loft building. The new club is on the first floor of the building that is a few bldgs down (towards EDJ Dome) from Lucas Park Grille. There were a lot of people inside and then several in a line.
Yup thats the new ISIS. It was open awhile back I beliieve and has been reopened several weeks ago. It is aimed towards the hip-hop crowd more I believe. I saw Chingy's sick pimped our Charger on the street a few weeks ago. I know it was his, I saw it on MTVs Cribs.
One thing I cant stand about some St Louis night clubs, is that people don't dance, or those that do, can't. They need to start giving out free drink tickets for good dancers.

Isis was a hip hop club, but The Formula is pretty diverse. Boy George is even performing their next Saturday (October 1st)
The Formula isn't in the Vangard Loft building. That's farther in on Wash Ave. Not sure what that building is, but it's on the SW Corner of Wash and Tucker.

Their website says 1204 Washington Avenue, which is the Jack Thompson Square building on the SW corner of Tucker and Washington.
It seems that Boy George will be performing at Formula this saturday.
