The Fountain Park Arts Block will consist of a renovation of 32 loft apartments and the construction of 21 new units in a U-shape. It will feature a fully equipped arts center located on the grounds of the Euclid School. The project will also partner with Washington Montessori School across the street to provide students supplementary arts education facilitated by residents of the loft building.

^ slps still owns it and probably will for awhile as the project firms up and city approvals granted, etc. I wouldn't doubt though they put up a pending offer or somesuch on the listing.

There's been a decent amount of activity in the blocks north of Delmar on the westside in recent years and I think it's only going to increase; while there's a way to go yet, I wouldn't be surprised if we talk about "The Page Divide" in the future.

Definitely. Having been looking towards Academy and Fountain Park myself, there’s appearance to be a big difference in pricing south and north of page in Academy.

I checked out this site this morning. The school building is awesome, and yes, it'll work great with the Montessori school right across the street. Great project.

There were also a couple of houses right on the park undergoing rehab. The corner commercial building is still in really bad shape, though.
