Terrene has a great happy hour. Nice wine specials and appetizers have a nice price point. Been going there a lot lately. Tuesday thru Friday from 5 to 7pm. Throwing this out there so people can patronize. Great neighborhood restaurant.
I have eaten at Terrene twice in the past month and think it is fantastic. I was not a fan of the previous establishments of the space and am very impressed with the quality of the design/build-out as well as the food and service. I'm looking forward to spending time on the patio this summer!
Had dinner for Valentines Day: very good dinner and service. Can easily recommend it to someone looking for a top notch dinner.

Did the Valentines Day dinner as well. Strip Steak was wonderful, as was the mixed fry appetizer.
I had kind of heard that the place was very Vegetarian friendly and was thinking of going there with a dinner club group that includes some veggies. However, I didn't really notice anything extra special with the menu that was geared towards them homnivores. Maybe I wasn't looking hard enough?

It seems like some of the veg entrees have fallen off the menu, as I could've sworn I had seen more there in the past.
The RFT did give Terrene the nod for Best Vegetarian a few years back, but then again, last year they recategorized it as 'Best place to go when someone else is picking up the tab.'
Me, I love the place.
The previous chef (Dave Owens) was vegetarian, so there were many items on his menu to satisfy that client base. I've noticed fewer veggie items since his departure, but have asked for a "plate of vegetables" on two occasions, and both times received fresh, grilled and roasted, seasonal vegetables from the very accomodating kitchen.
And I'm, not a vegetarian...just had a craving.

This is my all time favorite restaurant-I can either walk from home or have them valet my Prius. The food is delicious and they have a fantastic wine list

Tofu on a stick?

Tofu on a Stick is honestly really good. Comes with a peanut dipping sauce. YUM!
I second the tofu on a stick love! It is *really* good. I haven't been to Terrene in a long time, hmm....

Went again last night and there was a nice crowd. Had the fourth consistent meal in the last 4 weeks. Pasta special was REALLY good.

Last Wednesday a group of 9 of us went for happy hour. Jamie was our server and she was AMAZING! She accomodated our request to turn the tv channel in the bar so we could watch 'America's Next Top Model'. We had a great time. The food was superb and so was the service. We will definitely go back.

Aren't "celebutants" supposed to be people you have heard of?

Since I know all three (and many others there knew each other) then maybe it's you that is out of the loop.

Trust me, it's not.
