Steel going up for Pittsburgh's Bakery Square II office building, which will house Google's expanded local office in Pittsburgh.

The $120 million development will feature retail and office space, housing and brand new apartments and townhomes. The first building offers 218,000 square feet of space, and Google has already signed a lease to occupy one third of it.

The Walton Family is funding a brand-new STEM focused university in Bentonville. Sure wish some of our billionaires would do something similar in STL

We dont have billionaires anywhere on the level of the entire Walton family.

Yeah all Sinquefeld gave us the Chess club and took out a bunch of storefronts on maryland plaza for it to boot.

This project is being built by St. Louis based Alberici-owned entity Flintco, so there is an STL connection.

Didnt he fund the proposal to get rid of the police board 15 years ago too? 

Guy grew up in an orphanage and helped build an incredible company that helped a lot of people. Disagree with his politics and use of money but he's not exactly a villain.
