A very similar building at 5882-96 Cabanne currently owned by LRA was recently awarded CDBG gap assistance by CDA ($350,000 bridge loan for HTCs and $250,000 permanent loan for the actual gap). If that one can get renovated with a pretty small gap after historic tax credits, I would think this one also can.
