I drove by this just a week ago, and was surprised at how nice it looks.

I drive by there a few times a week. I drove by there most of my life as a child. I didn't notice a wing was missing. They did a nice job. (Of course, it blends in well with several other low to mid-rise buildings down the street, so . . . ) Sorry to see the wing gone, but glad to see the remainder nicely preserved.
It would be nice to a building/structure pop into place where the existing parking is located to compliment the current building? However, I can't see how the numbers would work as I don't see rents being high enough to support new construction of a parking deck with offices above.
