Been wondering if they were citing the wrong corner. You can see the monument in the old pic is still there.

There are several dumpsters in the parking lot and it looks like there is interior demo work.
June 2020 story said that Enterprise was closing on the purchase with no plans except for the County to demolish the building: https://www.stltoday.com/business/local ... 93142.html

^It's a strange little building, and it's in a spot that would be hard to develop, I suppose. But it's not terrible. Could be interesting. Would love to see what it looked like in the day. And it seems odd that Enterprise wouldn't do anything at all. I can't imagine they're actually short of parking right now in the least. I suppose they could afford to just land-bank it. But . . . man, it's a shame to see demo for nothing.
Looks like demolition is imminent:

St. Louis County Port Authority will accept bids from qualified firms for demolition and site restoration services at the Former St. Louis County Family Courts Building located at 501 S. Brentwood.
Coming down now. West side ripped off.
Just a big pile of rubble at this point. Snapped from the Shaw Garage 2nd level.
