^ Maybe it is being reported correctly. Biz journals reporting that they will break ground next week and have it ready by August. Sounds like 9,000 square feet in terms of a construction time line but could be mistaken if tilt up, pre fab is involved. But even with tilt up an August timeline seems awfully aggressive to do the finish work on 90,000 square feet. Especially medical space.
Another thought, this came relatively announced til construction was ready to start. Could this be a temporary facility in reality until the new hospital is built? Essentially, build some space for the machines only. I also wonder if the design, drawings and contracts on a $500 million hospital be a lot farther ahead then what is being put out there.

Construction is expected to be complete by August. The Lawrence Group is the project architect.
