Framer put a bit about this from an PD article in a thread last May, but there's some new information and some changes, apparently. (A different lead design team.)
Last year the Pulitzer Foundation acquired the church on Spring with an aim to further stabilize it and incorporate it into their green spaces. Maybe this deserves its own thread, but feel free to move it to the Pulitzer thread if that's more appropriate.
Second Life: The Pulitzer begins transforming ruined church into an art venue.
Personally, I'd say the headline is a tad misleading, as Grand Center long ago basically transformed the place into an arts venue and did basic work to stabilize it. The Pulitzer is going to further stabilize it and install lighting and some basic data and electrical connections. Kiko Obata & Co. appear to be the new lead firm on the project.
