It's definitely been a lot of fun for me, but I get a slightly different experience than most since it's very much become my second home, what with having family there now and all. (And very competent local guides.) Of course the downside to this is that lately, I'm not doing the tourist stuff and can't comment on it, since we've been going for wedding, funerals, and family visits and not vacations. (Somehow I need to carve out time to get to Hue and Hanoi one of these days. And that cave!) But . . . oh man, the food! You can't go too far wrong with the food. Anyway, thank you! Glad you enjoyed. Yes, it's definitely worth a trip. Or two. Or three.
