It's the building next door to the Market Apartments. According to the building permit it's a $250K addition to the existing building. The owner is Halloween Productions, Inc.--Larry Kirchner and James Kelly.

I remember that. Some gal pulled over during a huge thunderstorm to wait out the rain and the wall fell over on her. Lights out.
When the bldg was getting rehabbed and they had all the windows out it was amazing how delicate the bldg looked. Always wished I had take a picture of that.

I thought Kirchner and the darkness moved out in the county somewhere. Where do they set up their haunted house now that the Carriage factory is condos?

The addition is starting to look good - windows are in and brick is up on the north side, so you can get an idea of how it will look when it's finished.
