This is my favorite review:

His Place is pimp. Plus he has the whole "living it up downtown thing" going on. He once had a run in with the locals but it aint no thang. His room mate will throw dem 'bows. Pretty good gym downstairs. Value for the price. His Place has like a football field worth of living space. Them crazy cats ride bikes around in the mutha all the time. Plus his big screen is the real deal.

I give it 3 stars out of 5. Location. Location. Location.

Looks like it's going to be called Roberts Vista. Rehab work appears to be underway there.

^ Hopefully their old hardware peripherals (printers, scanners, etc.) will work after the upgrade. But seriously, what's the plan for this hotel?

Can the city pass an ordinance capping the number of things that can be named "Roberts"?

I heard there was some talk about this but it could only be passed in tandem with an equal cap on the number of tasty sandwiches sold daily at the U.

The convenience store on the first floor is one of the sorriest looking shops I've ever seen.

And, it has a check-cashing establishment called Mo Money next to it, which is really classy.

I can't believe how bad this place looks either, but I've already been accused of being an elitist today, so I'll just leave it at that.

And the fact that there's another check cashing place across the street from it in Gentry's Landing doesn't thrill me.

The sign looks really good. Now if the hotel just had some better first floor tenants.
