Looks like Nashville has a decent plan for BRT if they can get it off the ground. The route seems fairly similar to our proposed Lindell streetcar route.



I wish we could have BRT (with modern vehicles) on the 70 grand route, though Metro's refurbished buses should be a good intermediate step.

^Atlantic Cities just did a brief article on Nashville's BRT efforts and how they're facing some challenges from the state legislature. Sounds very reminiscent of the outstate Missouri v. KC-STL ideological divide. http://www.theatlanticcities.com/commut ... -all/8907/

I saw my first articulated bus on South Grand today...don't think it was in service yet, but exciting to see!
