Seems like a no brainer to refocus these programs to helping with storm recovery. So many occupied buildings have sustained damage and it would be a cataclysm if they are not repaired and preoccupied.

Unfortunately it looks like two major success stories of this program were leveled during the storm. The turreted mixed use building in Fountain Park (1112 Bayard) and the Wedge Building off the Hodiamont tracks in Academy (5200 Cates) are both pretty much leveled
