It looks pretty bland, but then again, so are most of the casino/hotels in Vegas. Take the new Wynn that everybody is going nuts over - it's just a big glass rectangle.

Just a thought...when you compare the original rendering from the beginning of the thread to this one...maybe the spired tower was the condo tower, with the 4 seasons the rectangular hulk behind it. This most recent rendering omits thecondo tower, leaving us with a Blah Seasons Hotel...
