I drove past that two days ago. The whole east side of the intersection is empty land. Why would anyone buy that building for "land" when there is already no demand for the existing, empty, adjacent land? Dumbasses, indeed. Terry Kennedy is a big piece of sh*t who has no business dictating public policies that certainly prevent investment in his ward.
