Old Yeatman/CVA building...$250k, college of Art and Design?

So, this is a fabulous building, and it looks like maybe it is for sale for $250k - corner of Garrison and Nat Bridge. Given its history and amazing architecture (and it faces a small art deco masterpiece), it would be a great location for a college of art and design. It's right next door to one of the grand parks, a mile from Old North, right up the street from Grand Center, there is a lot of good potential student housing in the area...

What does it take to get someone interested in this idea and get it moving forward? A real A&D college is something STL lacks, and this building could be the ready-made campus such a thing needs.

Brandon Bosley just posted on Facebook that an international film school is moving into the old Central High School. Anyone have any details?

Maybe retitle the thread to just “Old Central High School”?

I'm in the industry and have only heard the press release more or less. Either way pretty cool idea. Webster is pretty robust in film & tv production, but great to see something open on the north side.

Hence the reason I’m asking for other details/press releases. Precisely because I don’t want to take Bosley at his word.
