Was really impressed with this - NPS lists all the tax credit apps per municipality - St. Louis has quite a few - Interesting way to check on future projects that are under the radar

You're right. Looks like it's up and running now - maybe it was down for maintenance over the weekend or something then.

^ Thanks!  I definitely haven’t heard of these.  Especially that North Side project...would like to know more about that.

Nice to see that lil corner building on S. Kingshighway getting some attention too.
