From her website, it sounds like she's been in the game for quite some time and is accustomed to garnering and coordinating large commissions.

Unless there are actual developers working behind the scenes I don’t see this moving forward. Based on design, I can’t say I’m disappointed. Terrible land use.

It seems like every 2 to 3 years some fantastic big vision for the North Side pops up, gets some press and then passes into oblivion. Someone needs to be a champion to make one of these real.
