Does anyone know the status of these North Newstead Association projects? I stumbled across the site - http://northnewstead.org/.

They look like promising plans, but all are dated 2012 or 2013.

I believe Hamilton School was one of the rejected projects seeking state LIHTC. Not sure about the other projects. I wish them well and good to see there is some efforts here.

That Warne Wedge is an awesome area that could go a long way with a little investment. Some of those streets closer to O'Fallon Park are actually really nice...

There's some really nice light 'orbs' along W. Florissant in that area. Really cool at night, wouldn't mind seeing those elsewhere in the city.
