The vacant lot here, across the street from Plush, would be such great place to build a new mixed-use development like the one recently proposed in the Grove. With new businesses opening on Locust along with The Salvation Army's various new construction projects proposed, the future Olive streetcar, and Grand Center's numerous improvements such as the proposed garages and renovation of the Missouri Theater, this area is changing rapidly. I'm sure the day will come when new construction in this part of Midtown is extremely common and expected, but we aren't there yet. What are your thoughts on what kind of development you would most like to see at this corner?

^ I would like to see a form based code for Midtown and Downtown to guide development. By the way, do you guys know when the partnership will release the downtown form based code?
