Wasn't sure about which thread for this since it covers so many different neighborhoods, projects, institutions, and proposals.  But a fantastic read nonetheless about the emerging "North Central Corridor" that stretches from Skinker to Grand.  Hard not to feel a little optimistic after reading this...
