Newstead Ave. b/w Page and Natural Bridge in the Ville/Vandeventer nabes will be seeing new sidewalks and street trees, etc. with a $1.5 million project.

I'm not sure what other stretches in the city are in line for improvements.... I recall Vandeventer from I-44 to Forest Park Ave getting much-needed enhancements ahead of IKEA's opening but I haven't heard anything in a while. And of course there's the Skinker/Clayton/Oakland/64 mess getting tackled and rumors that work on replacing a certain south city viaduct may actually begin this decade; but anyone know what else might be in store with major street improvement projects?
