- IL Gov Pritzker just released $10.5MM to fund its preliminary designs
- Will be the largest building on the SIUE campus at 221K sq.ft.
- Complements existing Schools of Pharmacy, Nursing, and Dental (based in Alton)
- Will include new classrooms, teaching & research laboratories, admin & student resources
- Will increase student capacities and size of its simulation laboratory
- Goal is to operate a centralized Health Sciences Complex at SIUE
