Hey, that's pretty cool! Nice mix of the old and the new. Who's the architect?  

Really appreciate how they are focusing on integrating the street level experience into this project. That side alley full of retail will probably be very desirable and the public space is excellent. 

Ideally I would like to see the northern side utilized better. If executed correctly the main street corridor could loop over and connect with Morgan or Montgomery, funneling people right into French Town.

Side note: The city really should invest in bring the neighborhoods on the west side of 2nd up to speed on infrastructure. Almost all of the E/W streets connecting to the French Town businesses don't even have sidewalks. Seems like low hanging fruit

I have no idea who did the design but I thought it was pretty cool. Moving CH next to Frenchtown could do wonders for it.

Construction will start in March.
