There's a new building going up on the south side of the 4500 block of Delmar near Taylor. Anyone have details?
I've been wondering myself; finally found it on the St. Louis Neighborhood Development Blog. It's a medical building for the Gateway Digestive and Liver Center.
I was surprised to see someone building on that part of Delmar. That has been under construction for quite a while so I think there are some financial issues. Not very urban but it looks interesting.
Believe it or not, this building is STILL under construction, a year and a half later. I can't imagine why such a small building should take so long to build.
Some 5 months later, and the building is STILL under construction. Seriously, I believe the Empire State Building went up faster than this one-story building.
Yes, kids, it's been another 5 months, and it's STILL not finished. I just don't get it.
