Hey - as many of you know - I know live in Soulard, and lately I've been watching several projects go up that no seems to know about on this forum. I was curious if anyone had any info on these because I can't seem to find any:



1. a development going up on Broadway and (I beleive) Barton. Its called "victoria place" I think



2. a string of row houses on Allen directly East of Tucker (and across from King Louis Square)



3. a rehabbed storefront on 9th and Shenandoah





any info?

What little I know:

1. The victorian place is being sold by Mary King Realtors, I think. Floor plans were publised in the Renaissance and may also be view at Mary King at the corner of 9th and Russell.



2. The corner at Allen and Gravois is being developed by Dan Jameson. See: http://www.lucasevents.com/



3. That storefront has been a lot of things over the years but I think this is the first major rehab. I don't know what the plans include.
