I read something recently that the sidewalk at Washington has not been finished because one of the contractors broke through to the Metrolink tunnel, so design and approvals took forever because of multiple jurisdictions involved. It's supposed to be fixed soon, but it really has been a ridiculously long time.

It is interesting to look back at MVVA's original 253 page entry and see how things turned out.  I don't think it is online anywhere anymore, but I saved a .pdf copy on my computer.
