The building on the southwest corner of this intersection just got sold. It used to have an aquarium store in the first floor and that business has moved to a new location. Anyone know what the plan is for the building? It has a few apartments in it and I'm hoping retail stays in the ground floor.
Walked by the spot this morning and it looks like they're splitting the retail bay into two. Talked to a couple of the contractors and they were confused as to whether there were apartments or retail coming soon. Anyone hear anything?

^Windows were out this morning and the trim getting repaired. Agreed it looks like they are splitting it into two bays - looking pretty good so far!

Work continues but still no indication on the use. Anyone have an update?

^ ground floor will continue to be commercial use but I don’t think there’s a specific tenant yet announced.

Got a liquor license approval for a business called Jack's Garden Variety. Looks to be a restaurant of some sort given the ask for liquor and sidewalk cafe approvals.
