I have the same opinion about Milwaukee that I have about Baltimore. Both sitting on the doorsteps of enormous global economies. The fact that neither is growing faster than St. Louis is a terrible sign about their leadership. Milwaukee makes no effort to pull people from Chicago. People in Baltimore end up there on accident.
