A proposal for a new 6-story condo building by the Mehlmans and Core10 Architects has been submitted for what's currently a surface parking lot. 29 condos, 5689sf of retail space, 36 retail parking spaces and 63 residential parking spaces.

This is the marked "visitors lot" for Calares and owned by them. Not a great use of space, but Calares also does not have any other like spots for guests within sight of the front door. I wonder if they will just direct them to the rear of the building now. I can understand wanting a convenient and attractive space for the type of guests a publicly-listed fashion company hosts.framer wrote:Great site. I'm surprised it's been undeveloped for so long.
