Has anyone heard about a "market value analysis" being done by an out of town firm? Apparently it is supposed to be used as a database to help set policy for HUD funding of housing developments in St. Louis city with CDA funds. What might this mean to housing development projects in places like Walnut Park and O'Fallon?
I don't personally know of any, but the Public Policy Research Center (PPRC) at UMSL I know has done studies similar to what you are looking for in response to recent forclosures. However, I believe their work is mostly done in north county (Normandy SD specifically) but you might reach out to them anyway to see what they have or who they can put you in contact with. It's a busy time of year so the response might be slow coming
