New legislation will bring the old Liberty Hospital ("LH Building") on Taylor between Olive and Washington into the Central West End Historic District. Someone wants the building eligible for tax credits.

nice. A good project will certainly help build momentum in that area. Just around the corner from Bowood Farms and up the street from the relocating(ed?) Rothchild's Antiques.

There have been a few office tenants in the building in recent years and (evidently, looking at the sidewalk sign on Google Maps street view) a snack shop. I'm not sure the current status, though.
