Didn't see this mentioned previously, but 3800 Park Ave seems to have been recently renovated as the new home of the Knights of Columbus Developmental Center at Cardinal Glennon (relocated to the new digs in May). Looks like a nice renovation from the picture, taken from the following Post Dispatch story.
