That's a better use than it being a vacant lot, but I'd still like to see something develop there.

^ yeah, I think the BPW community garden will be nice for the time being, but hopefully some residential or better yet mixed-use building will come eventually. I think the last plan for the spot may have been townhomes. Also, the community garden is moving from its current spot so a Urban Sprout farm can move in.
