It's in an old temple in the Shaw neighborhood. I was just wondering if anybody knows anything about it, like the history of it.

It's not extremely important, I'm just curious if anybody can help me.

There's a few more listed in this temple as well as a listing for an apartment in the Lambskin Temple Lofts.

Anyway, I just thought I'd point this out and if anybody knows the history of these buildings.

If I remember correctly, that's the old B'nai El (now in Frontenac) temple. My friend had his wedding reception there after it was a converted church. Looks like it's been converted again. Doesn't say if it's on Delmar though, but that's what it looks like

I looked at a unit in that building last spring. Nice looking building on the outside, but inside the kitchen and bathroom were redone like a South county complex from 1987. Those windows are beautiful though.

I cannot comment on the intererior or amenities of the apt on Flad, but I know a lot of people who live in the 3600-3800 blocks of Flad. It's a nice couple of blocks with a lot of families. Most of the properties are very well maintained.

^ I was quite fond of that stretch of Flad. With St. Margaret of Scotland Church and School just a couple blocks away I can see why it would be popular for families with children.

It's good to know that the number of shady blocks in the Shaw neighborhood seems to be dwindling.
