^Interesting. Do you happen to know if Chua Van Thu, the little VN Buddhist temple there, owned that lot previously? (The property viewer is down, so I can't check myself. I think folks going there usually park in that lot.) It will be nice to see the something built on the lot. It'd be a heck of a nice bonus if Chua Van Thu can get a facelift and improve their street presence. (I keep meaning to drop by and ask if they offer Vietnamese classes. I'm guessing not, but it never hurts to ask.)

This project has broken ground now. Chris has at least an elevation on CityScene, so I'm assuming there are renderings, though I can't find them on either LDG or Core 10. I hope Chris will forgive me, but here's the art he's published:

Yep, they broke ground last month and put that image up on a display board on site. It’s a nice project and fits well with the other projects they’re doing on the southside.
