^Interesting. Do you happen to know if Chua Van Thu, the little VN Buddhist temple there, owned that lot previously? (The property viewer is down, so I can't check myself. I think folks going there usually park in that lot.) It will be nice to see the something built on the lot. It'd be a heck of a nice bonus if Chua Van Thu can get a facelift and improve their street presence. (I keep meaning to drop by and ask if they offer Vietnamese classes. I'm guessing not, but it never hurts to ask.)
