There are two zoning-only building permits submitted by the LRA for 5921 Page (2-fam) and 5957 Page (single-fam). Hope this means rehab is coming.

I sure hope so, Page could be a great street if they save what's left of this historic architecture. I always loved these apartments on Page in Hamilton Heights:

I think as the Central Corridor hits critical mass and becomes largely unaffordable, we will see an increased investment to the neighborhoods north of Delmar. Similar to how we've seen FPSE flip in about a decade. It's not hard to imagine a few neighborhoods north of Delmar going through a quick flip in the next 10-20 years. I'd imagine with the implementation of the Brickline Greenway there will be increased development pressure just north of Grand Center too.
