I don't live far from these townhomes (a little closer to Tower Grove Park), but I'd say that crime in the neighborhood is pretty much non existent. I'm not going to lie and say it doesn't exist, but the stuff that happens is really really small.

Wow I have to say that this building is nice on the inside as well. Just walked through it earlier in the day and the finishes, windows, and floors look great.



One of the 4 units are occupied, and they're willing to do some additions to the other building such as kitchen venting to the outside (which the others don't have... :( ) Seeing these buildings definitely calls for an optimistic outlook to possible future development.

I'm glad to see some new construction rather than just empty lots.

What kind of occupancy are they at? I would assume that the first building must be full or close to it if they are building the second. I love checking these places out every time I drive by, but $300,000 is a pretty hefty price tag for the area.

The completed one has one tenant (50% capacity). So success depends on whether you are a condo half full or half empty kind of guy.
