^I do, actually. I might possibly have an overdue newsletter I need to publish for one nonprofit and a slightly less overdue video to publish for another. Sometimes volunteers are well intentioned, but slow. Hopefully Landmarks can attract a better grade of volunteer than me. 
Not sure if this has been posted before. There are plans for a "peace park" at the water tower. The Green City Coalition is seeking input on the design. More info and a survey form here:

^It's been labeled on Google Maps for a little while now. Not sure when it first started. But I love the vision for the neighborhood.

Looks like a fantastic project that will really pack a punch for the community. Hopefully the other three corners around the tower can develop better than the shown renderings though. Would love to see one day see similar massing to what used to be there. The wraparound retail buildings were amazing.
