Graeser Station is a proposed mixed-use development consisting of luxury, market-rate, existing out of 147 rental units and 8,357 square feet of retail space to be located at the SWC of Olive Blvd and Graeser Road, Creve Coeur, MO, numbered as 11004-11056 W. Olive Blvd and 825-827 Graeser Road. It will involve the razing of an old strip center currently on site. 

...expect a June 15, 2026 construction start with a January 15, 2028 completion.

Predictably there are signs in front of many of the large homes in this neighborhood objecting to the project.

A Garrison Hassenflu project. Like 90% of what he pursues, it never gets built. See the local examples of Lemp Brewery (years ago) 41Lindell and the Mike Shannon’s site. Boy Scouts site will join the fail line up. His track record in KC and Omaha is also abysmal. If the NIMBYs knew this, they’d calm down some.
