This rehab is in full swing. The turret is being redone this week and work started on the first floor. The classic Garavaglia sign was removed, but word on the street/social media is that it will come back! Thrilled to get this one saved and back in use.

It’s stayed active, primarily structural work. A lot of care still going on in restoring brick/masonry.
